Home staging can be done with the existing furniture if the home is occupied, or we can arrange monthly furniture rental for vacant properties. Home staging options include:
- Consultation and Professional Recommendation - ($125)
One hour consultation with the homeowner to evaluate the home’s existing contents. A professional recommendation on how to maximize the home’s visual appeal to prospective buyers will be given to the homeowner(s) for them to complete. This can include but is not limited to de-cluttering, de-personalizing, paint recommendations, arrangement of furniture, aesthetic repairs, etc. After the consultation, we will email a formal written summary to the homeowner including the items they need to complete prior to taking listing photos. Staging to be completed by CG Home Interiors with existing contents if the proprty is occupied, or monthly furniture rental if the property is vacant. This can include but is not limited to de-cluttering, de-personalizing, paint, arrangement of furniture, aesthetic repairs, delivery/pickup and arrangement of rented furniture and décor, etc.
